The Mahana Tinnitus program is designed to help people living with tinnitus symptoms (such as ear ringing, buzzing, humming, thumping, and others) lessen the impact of tinnitus sounds on their daily life and get back to focusing on what’s important. The Mahana Tinnitus program offers educational content on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and the connections among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to tinnitus symptoms — and tools for making helpful changes.
During the self-guided program, you’ll complete short interactive lessons (it takes about 10 minutes each day) in a variety of key areas related to your condition. As you progress through personalized lessons, you’ll also unlock powerful tools and resources. These will help you set personal goals, manage stress and symptoms, and stay motivated during the program and beyond.
